Interest-only Mortgage

An Interest Only Mortgage works in the same way an Endowment Mortgage. The monthly repayment goes towards paying off only the interest charged on the mortgage there should then be some money invested regularly in order to increase funds for the future. The invested money should eventually make enough to pay off the mortgage balance.

Typical, variable APR is 10.9%. Rates range from 7.7% to 18.3%
