Mortgage Deed

This is the legal document establishing that you have a long term loan otherwise known as a mortgage on your home or property.

Mortgage Term

The length of time your mortgage will run for, in other words how long (in years) it is going to take you to repay your mortgage. The most common term lenght for a mortgage is 25 years but it could be less.
