Negative Equity
This means that the current value of your property is lower than the amount you owe on it (your mortgage) or is secured on it. This can cause problems say if you want to move or are considering either a Online Personal Remortgage or a Online Personal Secured Loan.
Non Status
This is another term used to describe Credit Problems due to an adverse credit history. If you have taken out loans or finance in the past and failed to make full regular monthly payments this will result in a bad credit score :CCJ's, Mortgage Arrears and other credit debt repayment problems can lead to being classed as Non Status rather than Status. Non Status could also mean that you may have never borrowed finance of any sort in the past, this would mean that you have no credit record to examine.
