Underpayments
As long as you have previously made overpayments some mortgage deals allow you to pay less (an underpayment) for a limited period. This means that you could pay more while you have the funds, by paying more you could pay off your mortgage quicker. Making overpayments would help you if there comes a time when you cannot make full payments. Underpayments are only usually accepted once overpayments have been made.
Unsecured Loan
A Non-Homeowner or Tenant will take out an unsecured loan because they have no home to act as security for the Loan. Unsecured Loans are Personal Loans for Tenants and Non-Homeowners. Interest Rates are usually higher than Secured Loans but Finance Jungle aims to find you a competitive rate Unsecured Poor Credit History Loan or Unsecured Poor Credit History Tenant Loan.
